Secretariat & Staff

The EAPO Secretariat consists of:    

• The Secretary-General
• The Policy Officer 
• The Executive Assistant 

The EAPO Secretariat's headquarters are situated in Ostend, Belgium. Given the European character of the majority of the EAPO files, the Policy Officer's office is located in Brussels. Led by the Secretary-General, the EAPO Secretariat is responsible for the follow up of the day-to-day business of the Association: organisation of meetings, drafting of EAPO papers, communication with members and stakeholders etc.   

The Secretariat reports on its activities on a weekly basis during the Bureau-meetings.
